"Kawader"

Description

The objective of KAWADER platform in to connect Qatar’s rapidly growing population with sustainable employment strategies.
"Kawader" is a smart, integrated, normative and multi-stakeholder portal. Which aims to provide access to jobs in both the public and private sectors, as well as provide nomination opportunities to jobs and enables adequate, end to end cycle of employment process starting from interviews to actual recruitments.

The main goal of the project was to build human and institutional capacities necessary for Qatar to become a more sustainable, prosperous and cohesive society to achieve this vision.

Replicability

Due to all the economic, social, and environmental benefits that "Kawader" has brought to the Qatari community, then this project can be replicated in any other country wishing to have reduce its unemployment rates, exploit its human capabilities, achieve efficiency in its recruitment cycles, and spur both the economic and social growth of the nation.


Sustainability

Due to the continuous need of recruitment processes and procedures for different groups of the society and all the positive impacts this project brings in the filed of recruitment, it is definitely a long-lasting initiative which will always be in demand. Moreover, the virtual nature of Kawader and the user-friendly interface of platform, made it easily usable for all users categories.

The project promotes the WSIS values by achieving a common vision, desire and commitment to build a people-centric, inclusive and development-oriented Information Society where everyone can create, access, utilize and share information. Where it provides an easy and accessible platform for recruitment.
