In Senegal, the blood stock deficit is estimated at 40% in 2017. This situation, arising in many african countries is becoming more and more alarming and is worrying the biggest actors in the health sector. Despite all the messages launched by the National Blood Transfusion Center, regular donors (those who make more than two donations per year) represent less than 35% of all donors.Urge'Sang is a mobile application, also available in a web version, which brings elements of solutions to different problems related to the depletion of blood stocks noticed in recent years. With already a functional prototype, the app includes the following features: A "Search" feature that locates users of a particular blood group in order to find a potential donor. A system of Link: Urge'Sang allows its users to save certain information related to theirblood group and also a list of people to contact in case of emergency blood needs. Theseinformations are stored in accordance with all information security standards. They are accessible only for the owner and rescuers. In case of an accident, the rescuer enters on his board the number of the identity card of the accident victim to have his blood type and the list of his Links with their contacts. It will only be necessary to carry out medical tests and then save the casualty in time. The purpose of this feature is to give the injured more time to increase his chances of survival. A Chatbot to educate the user about blood related diseases, push the user toparticipate in blood donation campaigns... A News feature that allows you to post certain information such as donations of blood orrequests for blood that will be sent to all users of the blood group concerned. For morevisibilities, these publications can also be shared on social networks.Data collected analysis for stock depletion prediction (months before), thanks toto AI and Data Mining tools
