Klik Dengan Bijak Programme takes a holistic approach on awareness and education on internet safety and security by promoting a shared culture or responsibility with families, schools, industry, government and others in the community, all playing their part to promote positive use of the internet. The programme hopes to:- a) Generate literate users of technology and new media content (internet savvy);b) Create a sense of responsibility among internet users to be ethical and sensitive to other users;c) Educate internet users about the importance of self-regulation; andd) Create a safe environment for the users of the internet.The programme incorporates the values enshrined in Malaysia's Rukun Negara (National Principles) and its main themes are to promote safety, security and responsibility amongst internet users.

The Klik Dengan Bijak initiatives can be replicated by any stakeholders that aims to promote safety, security and responsibility amongst internet users. One of the method that has been developed was Train of Trainers (TOT) workshop, which is intended to engage and train local advocators among community. A TOT workshop can build a pool of competent advocators who can then deliver advocacy and awareness messages to the local community.
Klik Dengan Bijak is continuing its mission by promoting a shared culture or responsibility in the community for them to play their part to promote positive use of the internet.
Klik Dengan Bijak aspires to create a much safer and rewarding online experience for future generation where the information society should respect peace and uphold the fundamental values of freedom, equality, solidarity, tolerance, and shared responsibility.
