People with visual disabilities face great difficulties in orienting themselves, being more independent, feeling safe, finding and discovering new places since they can not access the contextual information that is available visually. This means that they remain in a position of dependence when they want to move or acquire information about their environment, which drastically limits their autonomy. In addition, public or private entities that want to be inclusive in their services do not have the tools that allow them to inform and offer greater access to people with visual disabilities in their facilities. Lazarillo is a social enterprise that has developed technology for inclusion through our navigation service and free app that connects the visitor with location information, improving autonomy of people with visual disabilities. Our main goal is that them have tools to be autonomous, eliminating the barriers that impede it. We sell different plans to public and private institutions so that they can make their installations - both outdoors and indoors - more accessible and inclusive to the people who move there. Additionally, LazarilloApp allows people with both visual disabilities and people with other motor disabilities and any other person who needs an interactive map, to have contextual information within the environment to help them use their services.
