San Luis is a more digital province of Argentina where technological innovation is combined with educational innovation. In this context, Digital Chess is an alternative that promotes implementation of the traditional teaching of chess in classrooms for 13 years, which had an impact in half of the population, evaluating annually the improvements in students' school performance. This modality is fully inclusive for the children of the province who do not depend on the physical instructor, or materials, game, board, clock, books, etc, being only necessary connectivity and a computer device to access the best educational quality in the learning of chess. The chess level of the students improved exponentially with their access to coaches according to each level, without leaving the house, practicing daily with children and young people from anywhere in the world and correcting errors with integrated analysis modules in the open and free platform Lichess. We have managed to save resources and time in commuting, by organizing competitions without hiring or buying materials, furniture, referees, etc. With regard to ongoing training, the strengthening of knowledge among professors and students in the use of ICTs, and work on platforms, from which quality monitoring is done, is observed because of the competition registers, the learning and teaching journeys are automated and stored on the platform. In four months of work, there were trainings, management of governmental emails accounts, visits to schools, organization of competitions, etc. In this journey, the scope of Digital Chess has been 5,760 participants from 34 locations. We are convinced that it is essential to modify study habits in order to train and motivate students in the use of technology and include them in the digital world as the Government of San Luis does. And within this context, it is important to promote recreational activities such as chess, which motivates and shapes the development of the logical thinking of individuals.
