The aim of AMCO is to develop anew, innovative and integrated standard-AAL-platformto enhance the qualityof life and help all and especially elderpeople coping with every-day life, likebed-linen-changing-, cleaning- or party-services.Therefore smart living servicesare offered, adjusted to the needsof the individual. Communication shouldbe endowed, advocated and inspirited,i.e. by easily video-conferencing anddigital black boards. Furthermore theindividual safety is increased, i.e. by automaticcooker-deactivation or in-houseemergency calls. So the individual potentialscan be brought into action.Developing a new standard AAL-platformis the main purpose of the AMCOProject, therefore the AMCO Platformis the most remarkable result of theproject. Another result will be the academicevaluation of the pattern-of-usecategorized by demographic respectivelygeographic parameters, which can beconsulted in future AAL projects.
