Tongling Smart City Operation and Management Center can help the governor handlethe intensive Government affairs and promote the utilization of Big Data incity, with the ultimate goal for the improvement for the refined urban management model, the spread of smart application, and serving the public, which can satisfy the sustainable development goals for resources, economy and human life. After the mode research of the standardization and modularization, strong reproducibility of project has been formed.
The project had brought social and economic value and benefits to local management departments and to the public, and highlighted the core values of WSIS in ensuring the healthy for livelihood, achievement of sustainable infrastructure construction and the promotion of the innovative development for city.

After the completion of the project, the public security video surveillance, social grid management and digital city management system had been preliminarily integrated. The whole city's social service management information has been integrated into the full coverage of 55 urban communities.

After the built of this project, a set of integrated infrastructure construction model of smart city operation center had been formed simultaneously, which can quickly form the integrated deployment of smart city information infrastructure (command center, cloud computing data center, experience center), and realize the construction and operation management of smart city, theoretical exploration and application.

The smart city operation and management center, a city level supporting cloud computing data center and a smart city experience hall, and a smart city brain by means of information technology such as Internet of Things, Cloud Computing and Big Data, which can realize the comprehensive processing and analysis of integrated urban daily operation management and urban emergency response; to study, judge and coordinate the dispatching; to form a demonstration to manage and operate the smart city in an all-round way; to display the achievements of smart city, to provide smart living communication and innovative service places, to provide people with smart life experience, to create new business cards of smart city, and to upgrade the premium brand of Tongling smart City.
