WSIS values promotion

The second UNESCO Open Educational Resources Conference in 2004 expanded the implications of these resources to include: 1. Educational resources: Such as curriculums, lesson plans, textbooks, scientific research, and much more resources that support teaching and learning; 2. Technology: Such as applications that assist in producing and using educational contents, along with "open technology" that contributes to improvements in learning and sharing of teaching practices; 3. Executive resources: resources produced or used to ensure the best quality of education and teaching practices, in addition to licensing educational resources. This initiative offers teaching material that people interested can access to use for educating and thus improving their communities. 2. The availability of knowledge through technology and communication; 3. Including students in sharing knowledge; 4. Continuous improvement of educational material; 5. Support e-learning.
