This application is mainly offering intelligent diagnosis solution for field of crops, combining with Big Data and Image Recognition technology to recognize crops’ diseases and pests. It is not only affording self-diagnosis and suitable treatment, but also providing specialist to assist this process, to insure accuracy rate of diagnosis. Presently, it is already promoted around China. In the future, it will be combined with the Big Data of agriculture and diagnostic equipment of IoT (Internet of Things) to provide more accurate and intelligent application for peasants. Moreover, the product is easily to be transplanted and easily to be operated. Users can just downloading this App, then can use their functions, which are convenient to use. We believe that more and more farmers will benefit from this application in the future.

By 2019, our intelligent diagnostic system will be promoted to more than half of the provinces in China as planned. Prior to 2020, it will cover all the provinces of China, providing 500 million farmers with the most timely and accurate diagnosis services. The accurate rate can reach more than 95%, which can support farmers to identify the diseases and pests precisely and to use pesticides scientifically.
In addition, our project also plans to extend to a large number of developing countries and regions, to help more farmers to control crop diseases and pests in time and reduce their losses in the world.
As an Internet product, IDSC can provide a variety of diseases and pests diagnostic services in different countries and regions. It mainly based on Big Data and Intelligent Identification technology, through collecting data of crop types and disease types from different countries or regions, the disease database IDSC can be enriched. Then it can be used to diagnose a wider variety of crop diseases from different regions.
IDSC is very easy to replicate. Farmers only need to download and install the IDSC App on their mobile phones, and following simple graphical operation instructions, and then they can use diagnostic function easily. After this, they can get intelligent diagnosis services for diseases and pests anytime and anywhere.

The project offers farmers with more scientific, timely, economical, convenient and smarter diagnostic services, helping them to use appropriate dose of pesticides, thereby reducing the loss of crops and increasing income.
IDSC letting government prepare plan of prevention and control measures in first time. Moreover, the intelligent diagnostic system can solve majority needs from consultation, thus improving the efficiency and reducing pressure of the experts and enabling them to invest more time in research.
With the transformation and upgrading of China’s agricultural production, the functions of IDSC will continue to be optimized and evolved. The types of crops diagnosed will continue to be expanded and the diagnostic accuracy will be improved, aiming to benefit more farmers. In the future, our system will be extended to forest management and protection. It will be able to identify forest pests intelligently, which helping forest protection.

The project not only help pest and disease controlled in time, but also maintaining agricultural production and gaining benefits to farmers, driving the digitalization of China’s agricultural production. Finally, it producing healthier and more eco-friendly agricultural products and ensuring the public food safety effectively. Through the intelligent diseases and pests diagnosis system, we have helped the transformation of the traditional agriculture model. It has brought the most scientific and accurate diagnosis information of diseases and pests to farmers everywhere in a simplest way. It has eliminated the information gap between farmers and experts, reducing the losses caused by crop damages and increasing the output of crops, enabling farmers to maintain or increase their crop production, and gaining income from crop, while reducing poverty level, especially those who are live in poverty areas.
