The curriculum and learning materials are composed with the help from several certified coding schools in Indonesia, Google Developer Experts in Android, and also talent recruiter company. In preparing the program before it is held nationally, we have executed the pilot project in 2 cities: Surabaya (the city that held Startup Nations Summit this year, whose city government is very supportive with digital talent development initiatives) and Malang (a city which has several best vocational schools in IT). The enthusiasm in each cities is great, many schools are even proposing their own customisation of the program. Also, we have map the stakeholders (vocational schools, digital startups, developer community, corporates) in potential cities that can take part in running the program. So, not only this program is replicable, but also is proven to be needed because of the stakeholders demand.
As we aim for every student has the equal opportunities in learning and developing their skills, we will to publicise the best projects that made by this program participants which coming from various places in Indonesia, especially the rural ones.
