Replicability

The project is based on open source technologies, and is location independent. The platform facilitates the implementation and rolling out of mobile applications, through the reuse of template environments, code projects and common resources such as web services, authentication mechanisms etc.

After adding a functionality to select the country/region in the app, the requirements for replicating the system are:
-Host server (web service + 'middleware' layer + persistent storage machines)
-Training of staff to use the system.

Sustainability

Following the release of the platform, a number of mobile applications were quickly developed and released. By creating an innovation friendly environment and simplifying the technological hurdles, a number of SDGs were positively influenced by the functionalities and services offered through the platform.

WSIS values promotion

The principles for an Information Society for all are upheld, essentially by using ICT infrastructure to provide universal, ubiquitous, equitable and affordable access to ICT infrastructure and services, capacity building and benefit people in many aspects of life
