The Chasing Grace Project

Description

The Chasing Grace Project is a docuseries about women in tech. It aims to recruit and retain female talent for the tech industry and give women who are more empowered than ever to share their stories a platform to be seen, heard and acknowledged for their experiences. Fewer young women are choosing to pursue careers in tech than ever before, and women leave tech at double the rate as men. We hope that by staring adversities in the face and showing how women are rising above them to chart successful careers in tech that others will be inspired to do the same. You can't be what you don't see. The Project was built with the belief that the future is being built today with artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain and more. Without a diverse workforce informing that work, we risk a future that is more exclusive than today. Activities include the production of six episodes, the first of which has been completed and screened in multiple locations. Screenings continue while the filmmakers negotiate with distributors. In production now on episode #2, which will be screened and released in August 2018.
