Yes, it has been replicated. “Aliadas en Cadena” has grown organically and carefully. The organisation started with two in Caracas and today it counts with six centers nationwide in Venezuela. The organisation has a core business plan for each center in which the space, equipment, specialists, teachers, psychologists and maintenance are delineated. In terms of manuals and syllabi, Aliadas possess and could provide standardised procedures for courses and for each step of the programs. The management of the Computer centers have its own business plan, manuals and procedures. This allows that the program can be transferred to low-income communities. Aliadas is willing to act as guidance and implement our programs on behalf of third parties. Our goal is to develop a center in another South American country as well as on underprivileged communities or Hispanic neighbourhoods in the Unites States of America.
