Currently, information society has entered the era of multimedia big data. However, the properties of non-structural, massive, multi-model and complex distribution cause several challenges in the aspects of multimedia information transmission and processing. To handle these issues, in this project, we firstly proposed a complex heterogeneous wireless network framework integrating environment perception, cooperative communication and network convergence, which breaks through the bottleneck of the service capability of ubiquitous complex networks. When exploring the representation of environmental information, we designed a novel environment information integrated reasoning algorithm and environmental information integration and reasoning decision-making model, which enhances multimedia information transmission capability in complex environment. Finally, we established a ubiquitous mobile multimedia service platform based on user behavior analysis technology. The research goal of this project has fairly good portability and solves the common problems existing in the field of telecommunications. Moreover, the results of this project can effectively promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth in the future smart cities and Internet of everything era, enhancing the international influence and value of WSIS in the social level.

The representation of environmental information and modeling methods are explored and new environment information integrated reasoning algorithm and environmental information integration and reasoning decision-making model is designed in this project, which forms an environment information description framework of multi-dimensional multimedia information processing.
A heterogeneous wireless network framework integrating massive information processing, cooperative communication and network convergence has been proposed in this project, which breaks through the bottleneck of the service capability of ubiquitous complex networks and integrates multiple performance advantages such as system traffic balance, network coverage extension and individual service.The ubiquitous mobile multimedia service platform based on user behavior analysis technology has been realized. Especially from the perspective of user behavior integrity and the real time of multimedia data transmission in high-speed mobile environment, a cross-layer resource management mechanism for multimedia-in-car multimedia service is proposed, which provides a systematic solution for high-speed car networking services and online communications.
This project has been widely recognized and highly evaluated by academia and industry. In addition, it has created considerable direct economic benefits. The related technologies have been applied to several products in the famous cooperation, such as Alcatel-Lucent IPTV products, BMW's car networking system, etc. , which have brought considerable economic and social benefits.Therefore, this project has important social impact. Complex heterogeneous wireless network architecture provides new technology and ideas for the entire wireless network transmission technology, which can not only reduce the relevant units’ resource consumption, but also achieve the goal of energy-saving emission-reduction.
