One of the most important digital transformation projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the investment in data. The Ministry of Civil Service intends to invest in this field by providing tools for business intelligence systems and building data warehouses that achieve the objectives of sustainable development through participation in raising economic efficiency and achieving social inclusion, Moreover, the employment of women in leadership positions , the planning and study of the workforce in the Kingdom through the development of Key Performance indicators and rates of change and ratios in those factors. In addition, it will improve performance and contribute to advancing development and promoting participation and dissemination of the gender equality culture. Dashboards draw a roadmap that show the decision-maker in the country the faults and gaps in the path to the necessary change plan and decisions that must be taken as quickly as possible to correct the track to the desired level of achieving the goals.
