Hospital Albert Einstein

Description

The Hospital Albert Einstein (Albert Einstein Israelite Hospital), is a Brazilian hospital located in the Morumbi district, on the south side of São Paulo. It's considered one of the best hospitals in Latin America.

In 1955 a group of Jewish community members in São Paulo founded the Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Albert Einstein (SBIBAE). The hospital was inaugurated on 28 July 1971. In 1999, it was the first health institution outside the United States to be certified by the Joint Commission International.

Due to their belief in the potential for the use of new technologies in the healthcare field, they have created different structures:
Innovation Lab
Technological Innovation Center (TIC)
Telemedicine

Albert Einstein is open to supporting an entrepreneurial environment in healthcare, encouraging technological innovations which have a positive impact on people’s health and quality of life.
