Spang Makandra offers young people the opportunity to start a new career.
On the 8th of march 2017, in connection with International Women's Day, Spang Makandra launched her Scholarship for women in ICT & Digital Media: ‘The Spang Makandra Next Generation Women in ICT & e-media Scholarship’. This is a scholarship for talented women in Suriname. The female talents that get the scholarship awarded will receive a training and coaching of Spang Makandra and its partners. With this initiative Spang Makandra would like to improve the participation of women in the ICT sector. Each year Spang Makandra Supports the girls in ICT Day.
