Founded in 2010, Educadigital is an organization whose mission is to contribute to the creation and development of new learning opportunities that encourage the formation of critical and creative citizens capable of sharing information, knowledge, and culture in a constantly changing society.

As part of its network growth strategy, Educadigital also offers distance training in its areas of activity - Open Education, Thinking Design for Educators, Digital Culture and Human Development Education - with the objective of benefiting more people in Brazil and also in other countries. The technology used is Moodle, a free software, which allows its constant updating by a community that develops and shares improvements.
