"A Webiste Wihout Barriers" is an unique initiative in Poland. It aims to provide an access to the Internet for all - the disabled, older persons, the poor or the ones who are excluded from a digital society. Moreover its goal is to popularize awareness of creating websites which are accessible for all in order to prevent a digital exclusion. It is an annual contest, open for everyone - be it a public entity, a NGO, a company or an individual. The contest's goal is to select websites which are accessible for vision impaired or deaf people.
