This project studies application of cell phone signal data in government planning and intelligent transportation, which can be widely used in urban planning management, traffic planning and etc.

Based on the signaling data of cell phone, after data fusing, mining and modeling, we build a big data application platform in traffic industry. This platform can provide abundant data label, data interface and standardized product.

It is an innovative method for the government in urban planning and intelligent transportation, which can cut down expense, increase efficiency and solve the problem of traffic congestion.
