Description

Dubai is a home for millions of people from more than 200 nationalities of which 90% are tenants. With a booming real estate industry and Expo 2020 in place, Dubai is a center of attraction for the world. Dubai houses world class residential and commercial properties for people and business. One of the basic need of tenants is clear, registered, transparent, legally attested tenancy contract so that they can use the property tranquilly.
EJARI is a world class ICT programme to bridge property owners and tenants with clear end to end governance from Dubai Land Department so that Dubai can host transparent, secure, sustainable real estate market. EJARI is fully aligned with connecting minds in value chain and creating sustainable and predictable future. This unique B2B-B2C programme provide diversified features for landlords, tenants, investors, city planners, government entities, real estate management companies, property service vendors and administrations through various interfaces and integrations.
EJARI plays a key role in sharing authentic critical information of tenants to various other government departments to provide services to citizens through tenancy contracts. Thus EJARI plays central role in e-governance, national identity, visa, access to utilities and traceability.
