Description

Any time we step out onto field of play, we always run the risk of some sort of injury. Ankle sprain is one of injury which affect many people during activities. Report estimate that 50 percent of sprit injury are ankle sprain, and 9 million people from America suffer ankle sprain every year. Besides that ankle sprains are the most common reason why athletes take time off from their activities. Therefore, an Interactive wobble board called InnovaBoard is developed to help people improve their body balance through training, strengthen their ankle muscle and further motivated them with virtual reality games. It is a compact training device that provides multiple level of difficulties that enable patients start with very easy level that compactible to everyone. There are ankle rehabilitation that available in current market, however most of the existing system are complex, huge, too basic and less interactive.
