The project is based on the idea of occurring citizens with a magnetic card or a part of " chifaa card" where electronic medical prescriptions ( medical identity) will be initialized. This will be put in one medical card in the aim of a good following of the health state, its relationship with the prescribing drugs and the collaboration of the doctors and the relationship between them by creating electronic registers containing all the information from all the different sides: doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, by using the medical card which contains personal information: chronicle diseases, medical prescriptions, hereditary diseases, new symptoms, allergies. This will be established with a special program which will alert if there is new diseases, so as they will be treated quickly. That can be possible with the previous experiences in other regions, send by the magnetic cards. The information will be set and treated in one center, by specialists in the medical domain and the scientific research. The center will participate to provide all the regions with different information: economic, social, medical information and scientific projects also. This will help getting urgent information for different treatment easily and quickly.
