Lega'a is a video conference service implemented by ministry of education IT to serve all ministry users including decision makers, directorates, branches, schools abroad including both genders and taking into consideration the religious rules and the culture to not mix genders. Leqa'a is used mainly for meetings, training's, video streaming, recording and the yearly minister meeting. Some of the benefits are utilizing the existing connectivity infrastructure, cost and time savings, difficulty of arranging meetings. Users utilize the current meeting rooms, they have the ability to join the meeting from their PC, Laptop and smartphone ( BYOD ) inside or outside the network.
