Description

Sustained and continuous effort through several versions: 2007-2008, 2008-2010, 2011-2015. It's not a government's plan, is a multistakeholder commitment. It's not a technology plan, is a social inclusion agenda.

Highlights:
-Regional leader in ICT access; outstanding plans offered by government such as 1GB broadband, no monthly fee
-First country where all public schools students have their own PC; reducing PC access gap between lower-income and upper-income households to only 10%. No child should walk more than 300mtrs from home to access Internet
-Main software exporter per capita
-First country with 100% livestock traceability
