Economic efficiency determination of integration processes in countries,strategy effectiveness, policy of informatization. RMICD solves problems: status evaluation, estimation of potential of ICT4D in regional, international scale, Grouping of countries due to socio-economical,educational, demographical indicators in regional scale and its comparing with international composite ICT4D indicators; proposals on effectiveness improving of informatization strategies; RMICD concretizes identified potential of ICT4D,coordinate national policy in informatization of each country, country groups at regional and global level. RMICD results important for state authorities, communication administrations of RCC countries, international and regional organizations, investors, manufactories and ICT suppliers for public of countries.
