With the aim of enhancing information technology literacy in Montenegro, the Ministry for Information Society and Telecommunications implemented this project. The priority aim was to enable citizens or organizations and institutions that did not have the opportunity to purchase computers to achieve this through donation of the Ministry for Information Society and Telecommunications. Through this project 1,865 computers were donated. This project enabled considerably greater use of computers in our country and special attention was devoted to vulnerable groups of population(RAE population, older persons,people with disabilities). Computers were also donated to hospitals, media, cultural institutions, etc.
