The basis principle of system is a setting of own content-filtering solution (based on different technologies: dns, proxy, etc.) that has a database of inappropriate resources in each educational institution. For the purpose of continuous update, processing of log-files of mentioned solutions is centralized; these servers based on the information center with subsequent periodic formation of an updated version of the banned resources database (more then 1,000,000 records) and its automatically sending to all servers (more then 100 for now). System used as base for COP Worldwide project and can be exported in other countries or regions.
