Al Tajir app is the first comprehensive mobile application in the region that offers eServices for business owners in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The app provides users with a range of eServices and transactions through a unified digital platform, including making payments, enquiring about application statuses, informational and search functions. The app also uniquely offers the option to purchase government services such as Commercial Registration (CR) renewals, work permits, and others bills, through a single transaction.

To ensure sustainability of the project, the government had set several procedures , including the monitoring of the performance and KPI on a regular basis at high level of the government, the development and continuous enhancement of the live services based on the principles of the project (transparency, quality, fast delivery of service, once only data policy, Public Private Partnership) ensuring continuous communication with stakeholders to get feedback on the services.
Al Tajir app promotes equality in providing services, transparency between government and business owners and respect for nature by providing online services directy to the business owner to proceed with their regular transactions for several government entities online without the need to visit each entity or the need to print the transaction documents.
