Joven Club is a network of reference technology centers in the national territory, where children, adolescents, young people, older adults, women and men, have found a training space regarding the development of new technologies and where to deploy projects that promote the development of their ideas and perspectives. In addition, it is a place where the computational thinking of children is encouraged from an early age. Joven Club's strength is to be the source of connection for many of the communities in Cuba, facilitating connectivity to more than 1,150,000 people throughout the national territory, either by Wifi access point or by other forms of access. For the above reasons, the program “Young Club Computerizing the Community" is proposed, for the sake of:1. Eliminate the gap that exists between the countryside and the city.2. Contribute to the formation and creation of technological and computer culture in the communities.3. To constitute a network of technological centers that make it possible, from an environmental perspective, to provide computer and connectivity services in the communities.4. To enable more and more children, adolescents and young people to have access to technologies, with greater emphasis on women and girls. In this way, more connectivity services can be provided to the population, greater capacities to deploy personal projects in rural communities, promote the use of new technologies in Productive Poles, with the goal of linking agriculture with technology to achieve compliance with the sustainable development goals of the UN agenda until 2030.With this program, it is also desired to empower women in the use of technologies, so that they can deploy their projects based on the sustainable development of their locality. Disabled and elderly people will also be integrated in everything related to the broad concept of communication and technology.

This project proposes the installation of solar panels in electric buses to create computer laboratories. The buses, being electric, avoid pollution to the environment and by using solar panels as an energy source, they self-manage the energy to be consumed by the equipment, because in very intricate areas it is not easy to access the electric current.
