Based on China Mobile 's powerful network resources and abundant computing resources, the project supported the construction of remote video education system. The project provides an integrated solution of private line + edge computing + remote video application. Based on IPv6 scale deployment, the project adopted optical transmission protection mechanism, SRv6 flexible scheduling, CDN sinking and intelligent precise scheduling to provide high-quality(packet loss rate<0.01%) remote education services for underdeveloped areas, effectively solve the problem of uneven education.
This project is oriented to remote education services and provides an integrated solution of computing network convergence（CNC）. It belongs to the application of information and communication technology and conforms to the WSIS action policy mentioned in the Geneva Action Plan.
This service has served 73000 students in 13 provinces, 367 schools, greatly improved the education level in underdeveloped areas, promoted the gradual maturity of the education industry chain and radiation industry block in remote areas, and created an application demonstration of CNC in less-developed regions.
CNC is a new generation of information technology，Operators should make full use of the new generation of information technology on the basis of the basic network to achieve sustainable development in underdeveloped areas.
This project creates an integrated solution for remote education through converged networks and computing. The CNC has no barriers to other technical fields and applications as a underlying technical foundation , and can be used as a basic capability to empower more fields, such as media, healthcare, industry, etc.

At the same time, it innovates and develops a real-time education classroom synchronous interactive video communication system according to the characteristics of unbalanced education to provide an integrated, digital and standardized solution for the education industry. China Mobile is also deeply communicating and cooperating with telecom operators in other international regions to explore the promotion of the project in other underdeveloped regions, so as to provide support for the development of local education. China Mobile has made full use of its advanced network technology advantages and better IT development capabilities to effectively integrate internal resources and form a benchmark solution.
