In reference to the Ministry of Education ‘vision successful learning process can be achieved by continuous deployment of different services related to all entities within teaching and learning processes. The General Directory of Information Technology focuses on providing Information and telecommunication services that assists in the development of learning process . Basically, this goal can a be achieved by deployment of different projects to have strong infrastructure :
1. Implementing local area Network in all related entities within the Ministry of Education.
2. Implement the centralized data centers in the Head quarter of the Ministry of Education (HQ) to publish services to the target groups.
3. Provide high Network connectivity between all MOE related Buildings.
4. Provide infrastructure to run Online Training in all training Centers within the Ministry of education.
5. Deployment of Electronic and digital services.

This project can be deployed in all organizations which offer on education and training.

 Ministry of Education has Tier 3 Data Center where there are redundant in power and cooling system. It has main source of power and generator. On cooling part, it has four Crack Units. Also, it uses private cloud servers which contains 3 chassis servers having total of 36 hosts. Those servers are connected to two storages(active/passive). All of these environments configured and running on virtualization solution (VMWare). So, it has many futures on hardware side which are high availability, Fault Tolerance, Distributed Resource scheduler (DRS) and vMotion. Apart of this, the network connections and power connections have redundancy with minimum two connections for each. Overall, all those equipment’s and configurations supports to reduce fault and interruption in our electronic services. Also, all of these setup are managed and handled by MOE team.Add into that ,

 In each project network infrastructure should be sustainable for 25 years where Cat 6 A cabling is used .
 Some open-source applications are deployed . these application can be improved and customized as per MOE current and future requirements by MOE local engineers and host programs . For example Shared-Folder System) and host programs (virtual environment) have been relied upon, which in turn limits dependence on external companies (without any kind of support). In addition, the operation of the human cadre in the institution which obtaining and transferring the acquired experiences.

MOE portal provide different process for electronic and digital services for parents such as (student registration, transformation public and private schools ,student performance and result results, attendance. Most of these services are fully automated which simplify the process especially for families residing in the remote areas .
