Dunger Care Smart System

Description

Farming plays a significant role in today’s world. It requires proper environmental and diet care. Therefore, there is a need of a system which can be operate and monitor farm animals remotely. We are aimed to propose a smart farming system in order to help farmers to monitor their animals which requires his attention most. Keeping the needs of a farmer in mind a system should be designed which can store important data regarding to animals name/tag-number and health care to animals. As well as, tracking and monitoring of animals. This type of system can be designed cost effectively by using electronic devices. It will be like virtual assistant to a farmer to assist him/her in taking care of their animals.

Sustainability

There is a connection between humans and animals throughout the centuries. We humans are dependent on animals in many aspects of life such as sports, getting meat, dairy products and clothes. So, Livestock Industry can be revolutionized with the use of smart systems.
Farming is continuously evolving and new challenges are being faced by farms such as making production more efficient, effective and sustainable. The care and management of individual animals is becoming more and more demanding with the passage of time

WSIS values promotion

Currently, smart dairy farming addresses basic needs of farmers such as timely identification of lameness, mastitis, oestues and metabolic diseases of dairy animals[9]. The best part of DCS2, is that it is capable of monitoring cow’s activity 24/7. As, dairy farms tends to have a number of cows. So, there’s a high probability for the farmers to unintentionally neglect a cow which requires the farmer’s attention most. This device will not only proves to be a virtual assistant to farmers but also keeps him/her updated about the activities in farm, whenever there is any event or sign that could have an adverse effect on farmer’s animals.
