National digital literacy programme in partnership with Ministry of Administration& Digitization relying on recruitment of 2600 local community leaders - Lighthouse keepers (1 in each municipality) helping at least 54 000 adults aged 45+ to come online through informal training approaches. All Lighthouse keepers will receive certified training, tools useful in their work, including social portal, they will be supported by promotional campaign and social research team. 200 Lighthouse keepers will receive Grants for educational projects in their communities.
