"Cocina cubana"
Cuban cuisine continues to gain international fame. It is a blend of the culinary traditions of varied Hispanic, African and Asian regions. The multimedia "Cocina Cubana" elaborated offers recipes to elaborate a wide variety of exquisite dishes. Its ingredients are typical of the insular Caribbean, these are characterized by include various natural products. Various are also types of meats that are complemented with aromas of plants for their seasoning. The elaboration of the dishes in simple and with means accessible to all.
