Description of the event
|
CONATEL, the Telecommunications Regulator in Paraguay, through its "Women's Network," will hold talks with girls and its female professionals in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), who play important decision-making roles. The girls come from the following educational institutions in the city of Encarnación (Itapua Department): "Gral. Patricio Escobar" Regional Education Center - 8:00 a.m.; "Divina Esperanza" High School - 11:20 a.m.; "Juan XXIII" Private High School - 11:30 a.m.; "Arch. Raúl María Benítez Perdomo" National Technical High School and Vocational Training Center - 2:00 p.m. These talks aim to empower girls and young women to take advantage of the full potential offered by ICTs, developing skills and leadership that will make a difference in their communities.
