HARMONIZED CALCULATION METHOD FOR AFRICA (HCM4A) FOR FIXED SERVICE

The HCM4A-FS software is a tool designed to assist Administrations in performing interference calculations according to the HCM4A Agreement for Fixed Service.

The documentation consists of two main part:

1. Graphical User Interface (GUI) Program Description: The GUI program for Fixed Service, CalcFS4A, provides an intuitive interface for creating, editing, and validating HCM4A formatted files, as well as performing interference calculations specific to Fixed Service. It is designed to simplify the coordination process and ensure compliance with the HCM4A Agreement for FS. 2. Source Code Compilation Guide: For users who wish to compile the HCM4A-FS software from source, this guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up the development environment, compiling the Fixed Service calculation library (hcm4afs.dll), and building the CalcFS4A GUI program.
