As part of this year's celebration of Girls in ICT Day under the theme "Leadership", the Arab chapter of the NoW in ITU-D, in collaboration with the TRA of Lebanon, is holding a virtual workshop on "Work-Life Balance". The workshop aims to empower women and girls working in the ICT sector in the Arab region and provide them with the practical tools and strategies necessary to achieve an ideal balance between their professional and personal lives.Session Themes:• Prioritization• Time management• Stress Management• Strengthening social support• Investing in relaxation and self-careParticipation is open to all girls and women working the ICT sector in the Arab region. Registration is required. The workshop will be conducted in Arabic.
