Description of the event
|
The event is scheduled for April 22, 2024, from 8:30 am to 12 pm (BRT). The event will be hosted by Serpro: Federal Data Processing Service. Serpro plans to receive 36 high school students from Centro Educacional do Lago Norte, a public school. The main objective of the event is to facilitate connections with female role models in leadership positions in the public and private sectors, allowing them to share insights into their daily professional lives with attendees. The aim is to inspire and encourage participants to pursue or start a career in the technology field. Format The concept involves chats with women with training in the ICT area and Arduino and AI workshops. These women will share their daily work routines, allowing the girls to understand the ICT market and gain insights into their professional lives. In addition, the girls will participate in IT workshops that will provide them with an introduction to working in the area. After the event, participants will present summaries of their learning and share their perspectives on the experience.
