Description of the event
|
Leadership skills include the abilities or strengths shown by people in management roles that aid in guiding and encouraging a group of people and their team toward achieving a common goal or set of goals. These skill sets include communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making, and more.Since 2017 we have been part of the fraternity that promotes Girls ICT Day with events that promote team leadership.The event will create activities with our Descubre Robótica program mentors to inspire other girls in the STEM field.Wonder Mercury's multidisciplinary team will present mentoring resources for good habits that promote leadership in today's girls.
