Description of the event
|
Aims to develop future-ready professionals who are ready for the challenges of the digital era.Leveraging on our expertise in niche sectors like AI, robotics and data analytics, selected female public university undergraduates aged 19 to 25 are equipped with a number of essential technical, digital and soft skills, making them highly employable in predominantly-male industries like IT, engineering and tech.The programme includes both theoretical and practical aspects, sharing sessions on industry knowledge, and hands-on learning through interactive workshops and leadership exercises. It is our hope that it will help fill the gaps left by traditional education and ensure our young girls are able to contribute to the growth and development of their respective industries when they start working.
