Description of the event
|
As a teacher at the Center of Excellence in Informatics and Information Technologies (CEITI), I place innovation at the core of my efforts, promoting diversity and inclusivity in the IT field. Our team's commitment is reflected in our Product Testing program, which not only enhances the technical skills of participants but also fosters the active involvement of women, contributing to a more diverse tech community. The results are evident: increased enrollments, strong female leadership, and a positive impact on the careers of our graduates. CEITI continues to inspire and shape a more inclusive IT future.
