Title: Tonga Girls in ICT for LeadershipObjective: To inspire and empower Tongan girls to pursue leadership roles in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).Agenda:Welcome and Icebreaker Warm welcome and introduction by the facilitator.Icebreaker activity to energize participants and encourage interaction.Interactive Talk: "The Journey of a Successful Female in ICT Leadership" Inspirational talk by a successful female leader from the Pacific region, sharing her personal journey and experiences in ICT leadership.Emphasis on cultural context and the importance of representation for Tongan girls in the field.Group Discussion: "Challenges and Opportunities in ICT Leadership" Breakout into small groups for guided discussions on challenges faced by Tongan girls in pursuing leadership roles in ICT and brainstorming potential solutions.Facilitators provide prompts and encourage participation from all attendees.
