Description of the event
|
The aim of the event is to bring awareness to the increasing threats stemming from massive digitalization, either digital rights violations or cyber attacks on individuals. Such threats further accentuate gender inequality.Albanian women and girls in ICT constitute an emerging pool of professionals who continuously work towards making the digital world safer for girls and women, and the population as a whole.Conceptualized as an open discussion, the event will aim to shed light into the changing and challenging digital landscape, and foster common solutions and actions to empower girls in the digital world through ICT.
