As part of the 2024 theme of Girls in ICT Day, the Federation of Innovative and Numeric Activities in Mauritius (FINAM), along with its members namely OTAM, MITIA & CI France Maurice, and its partners, offers a day of activities centered around the theme of "Empowering Tomorrow's Tech Leaders: Bridging the Gender Gap in ICT". This day aims to encourage young girls to consider careers in the field of information and communication technologies (ICTs) by highlighting the various opportunities available to them. This event will provide inspiration, practical skills development, and opportunities for interaction with established female role models. It emphasizes the important role that girls can play in shaping the future of technology.
