Description of the event
|
The second Girls in ICT event, building on the success of its predecessor, aims to further promote ICT among high school girls in Montenegro through creative use of the H5P platform for creating educational content. The competition is open to the 3rd and 4th grades high schools female students in Montenegro. Participants will create educational contents using the H5P platform on a given topic. After analyzing the given material, they will be tasked with imagining how to best convey that knowledge to their peers through interactive and educational content, using presentations, infographics, simulations, or similar, but should be tailored to the target audience - their peers. Then they will create interactive materials for knowledge assessment on the given topic. All registered students will receive online training on using the H5P platform. Applications are currently being accepted, and the competition is set to take place on April 25, 2024, hosted at the premises of the Faculty of Information Technology.
