e-Business Life Communication Limited has been driving the campaign to bring in more girls and bridge the gender disparity, thereby increasing their participation in ICT–related careers both in Nigeria, and the diaspora since 2012. As has been our custom, Girls in ICT Day 2024, promises to be a time to groom another crop of girls in ICT, create a platform for stakeholders, which will include top government functionaries and decision makers.The event will feature activities which will include STEM Quiz competition, ICT Solution to a socio-economic problem in Nigeria, Students Roundtable discussion on an ICT topic, Mentorship/Partners Forum and Awards to deserving companies and female ICT professionals.Furthermore, during the event, women in leadership positions in ICT companies, who have excelled in the field of ICT in Nigeria will be brought to share their stories with the girls, thereby encouraging the girls to see that they can do it also.At the end prizes will be giving to winners of the various competitions and certificates awarded to all participating students
