Mr. Ervin Kajzinger
Ervin Kajzinger is Director of International Affairs and Strategy at the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH),where he is actively working on building and maintaining relationships with local and international stakeholders, as well as coordinating the development and monitoring of NMHH’s mid-term strategy. He is also a Steering Committee member of the Internet GovernanceForum held in Budapest in September, 2019.
Ervin has been co-chair of the Regulatory Framework Expert Working Group of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) since 2015, as so he took an active role in the formation of the European Electronic Communications Code.
Ervin started his career at a Big Four consulting firm. Later on he held various positions in the public sector; he also worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Infocommunication and Digital Economy of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Transport participating in the development of the Hungarian ICT strategy. When he joined NMHH in 2008 he took part in the revision of European Telecom Regulatory Framework.
He has master’s degrees in Economics (Janus Pannonius University, Hungary), IT Management (CEU Business School) and he holds an MBA degree (CEU Business School).
