Ms. Isabelle Mauro
Isabelle is responsible for leading the agenda of the Digital Communications industry at the World Economic Forum. As part of her role, Isabelle manages the portfolio for the telecoms community and his responsible for managing and implementing the industry’s initiatives, both in the digital economy and society space and in the broader ecosystem.
Prior to this role, Isabelle was Head of International Affairs & Regional Engagement at the GSMA, where she was responsible for governments and institutional relations at global level. As part of her role, Isabelle managed the delivery of industry programmes and lead global and regional advocacy campaigns to help shape the mobile agenda, both in the private and public sector.
Before joining the GSMA, Isabelle worked as a public affairs consultant in Brussels and specialised in the field of Telecommunications and Communications policies. As part ofher position, she was responsible for preparing and running a mobile awareness campaign commissioned by a group of investors in mobile infrastructure in order to promote a new economic model to regulate competition.
