On 25th April, 2019 Under The Microscope, Safaricom Alpha, Zerone IT Solutions are hosting over 100 girls currently in high school and university for the Girls in ICT Day in Nairobi. The theme of the day is to expand horizons and change attitudes which is in line with the global Girls in ICT Day that will be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Safaricom Alpha being home to several women in the ICT sector in Kenya is keen on being a high-energy showcase of the power and possibilities a career in technology can offer. This initiative seeks to provide a platform for the girls to interact with women already working in the ICT space in Kenya.
